First of all, we must never voluntarily give extra powers to the US government as their powers are limited and they need to remain limited. Even now they are not properly handling the powers they have. Look at the invasion on the southern border. Look at our military abandoning billions of dollars of equipment for our enemies to use against us and our allies. Next point is this, imagine what our founding fathers would say and DO if they had a group of people who killed their own children. The wrath of our Founding Fathers would be severe against us if they were here now.

Under no circumstances can tax dollars be given to organizations that perform or refer for abortion services. On a side note... Gangsters in Chicago, many decades ago, were arrested and jailed NOT for all the horrible crimes they committed, BUT they were convicted for tax evasion. There is a way to arrest EVERY staff member of the abortion clinics immediately LEGALLY with our current laws. I will not go into details because I do not want them to be able to develop a defense against it.

Our education is a right. It should neither be controlled nor forced by the government. Do you recall decades ago when many members of a church in Nebraska were arrested and jailed for a year or so. Their children were taken away from them as well. Their crime was teaching their children without having a teaching degree from Nebraska. I have multiple teaching and educational administrative degrees from overseas and other states, but it has been impossible for me to get a certificate in Nebraska. Fortunately we no longer jail Nebraskans for teaching their own children, but our system is STILL sub par. Remember to watch the State Board of Education elections CLOSELY. If you are not sure who to vote for, ask Kirk Penner on the board, he can give you the list of the best individuals.

I am helping with a big fitness event on May 4 (or May 5) this year. It is called "Nebraska Patriots Physical Fitness Challenge". During this event, if a male tries to compete against females, he is immediately disqualified. As for using restrooms and locker rooms. THOSE individuals should be arrested for indecent exposure and other charges we currently have on our law books. I have NO idea why our leaders bow down to the extreme fringe groups. They SHOULD NOT.

Public organizations routinely discriminate against Christians and give preferential treatment to other groups. This should end immediately. Things such as forcing an individual to perform some bizarre action in his or her business is an extreme violation of religious liberty rights. Not only should it not occur BUT any legal action taken against individuals who are only trying to protect their religious rights, should be handled by the government. As it stands now, any bizarre allegations can bankrupt someone because of legal expenses.

The age verification should include uploading an ID or something else as well. Just the extra effort required may also slow down general use of the sites. Many on the sites are human trafficked. Human trafficking, using tax dollars, is now being currently promoted by the Biden Administration. When I was in high school, I remember two students who during elementary school had been absolutely brilliant. In high school they pretty much just got stupid. I could not figure out why. In a Biology class we were told that smoking marijuana messes with your concept of time centers and your logic centers in your brain. The two formerly brilliant students argued against that principle. I , at that time, understood what had happened to them. I would not legalize recreational marijuana, but I would change the penalties from jail time to mandatory testing every week and maybe 40-120 hours of community service, digging holes to plant trees. That will help them sweat out the THC.

I do not gamble with more than $5 a few times a year. I do however have friends who have lost thousands of dollars in just one day. I do not want to make it illegal BUT I would like to make it inconvenient so it takes EFFORT to lose all your money. It is better to be stupid slowly than quickly. It allows you time to come to your senses.
