1 BORN-ALIVE ABORTION SURVIVORS PROTECTION ACT
Do you support legislation requiring life-saving care for babies born alive after a failed abortion attempt?

David Huebner:

Yes

I support life at conception.

2 TAXPAYER-FUNDED ABORTION
Do you support giving taxpayer dollars to organizations that perform or refer for abortion?

David Huebner:

I will never support any federal or state funding for abortion. Even if it's in the form of earmarks in Appropriations Bills such as there were in the U.S. House in early 2026 (see voting record).

3 PROTECT GIRLS’ SPORTS & SPACES
Do you support legislation prohibiting men from playing in girls’ sports and using women’s restrooms and locker rooms?

David Huebner:

Yes

Transgenderism in adults is mental illness. Transgenderism pushed on developing children is grooming. Mentally-ill sexual predators should never have lawful access to our wives, daughters, and mothers in any setting, let alone a vulnerable location like a locker room or restroom.

4 TRANSGENDER SURGERIES FOR MINORS
Do you support allowing sex-change surgeries to be performed on children?

David Huebner:

Never. This is pure evil. I will stand in the way of this federally, even when earmark funding hides in House spending bills (see 2026 House Appropriations voting record).

5 PARENTAL RIGHTS
Do you support the right of parents to control what their child is taught in the classroom, including on topics like sexual orientation and gender identity?

David Huebner:

Yes

YES. Keep this nonsense out of our classrooms. Get back to being good at the basics. Parents can have these discussions at home if/when they choose to.

6 RELIGIOUS FREEDOM
Do you support protecting sincerely held religious beliefs and practices about marriage, family, and sexuality from government discrimination?

David Huebner:

Yes

Marriage is between a man and woman. A man is a man. A woman is a woman. Homosexuality is a sin. My deep Christian faith, the faith of our founding and of our forefathers, has been very clear on these topics for centuries.

7 ORIGINALISM
Do you believe the judiciary branch should uphold the rule of law and interpret the U.S. Constitution according to what the text says?

David Huebner:

Yes

Absolutely. Judicial activism has no place in our federal or state government. This has led to binding case-law that has circumvented the Constitution for decades.
