No

Period.

2 PROTECT GIRLS’ SPORTS & SPACES
Do you support legislation prohibiting men from playing in girls’ sports and using women’s restrooms and locker rooms?

Brian Hardin:

Yes

I supported every bill to this effect for four years and will continue that fight.

3 PARENTAL RIGHTS
Do you support the right of parents to control what their child is taught in the classroom, including on topics like sexual orientation and gender identity?

Yes

Education is not indoctrination. The parent decides that threshold — not the school.

4 SCHOOL CHOICE
Do you support school choice legislation that would enable parents to choose the school that best suits their child’s needs?

Yes

49 states have some form of school choice. Nebraska does not. Families need a meaningful choice.

5 RELIGIOUS FREEDOM
Do you support protecting sincerely held religious beliefs and practices about marriage, family, and sexuality from government discrimination?

Yes

The family is God’s building block for a strong society. Further, God has provided three providential safeguards to hold back evil: Families, the Church and the Government. If our society ever feels awkward and wonky? Check to see if Government is encroaching in another lane!
