This is not a yes/no question for me. I believe that parents of minors should have some or all of the control over their child's health care.

I think most parents already do this. If a school is close to home then most parents choose that school. Fits their needs.

It doesn't affect me but if other people have the money to bet online and off line, as long as they're over the age of 18, or 21 to be determined by the state.
